Reenactor Registration

To participate in one of our annual events, we ask that you complete an application for the specific events you want to be a part of. This will ensure that we have enough re-enactors filling the required roles.

  • Registration Deadline is two weeks prior to the event. No "Walk-on" units will be permitted. First time participants MUST submit photos of themselves and their camps.

  • Please specify a window of arrival so our volunteers can be available to assist you. Vehicles must clear the grounds by 9:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.
  • Please specify a window of departure so our volunteers can be available to assist you. Vehicles will be permitted after 4:00 p.m. Sunday.
  • First time participants MUST submit photos of themselves and their camps. Maximum of three photos attachable here, limit of 4 MB each. If necessary, submit additional photos to [email protected].
